I am worrying about booking online and traveling from an airport that I have never left out of. I know little to no French and am worried I may miss the flight, be unable to find parking, etc. I was just wondering if any other Americans had chosen this travel route.

Thanks

You should have no problems at the Montreal Airport. Everyone speaks english - it is an international airport! Just be sure to be there a good 3 hours before your plane leaves. There%26#39;s loads of parking. I think it costs $40 Cdn to park for the week. Have a wonderful trip to PC! at least you%26#39;re not coming back in the snow..wouldn%26#39;t want to drive through Vermont and NH mid-winter. The trip is shorter if you go through St. Johnsbury and cross the border at Rock Island (Newport) compared to going through White River Jct. Have a great time!

And make sure all your travel documents and paperwork are in order!

If you were born outside the US, and are now a US citizen, be advised that you will need a copy of your naturalization papers. By COPY, I mean an ORIGINAL COPY and not a photocopy. Without this document, you will have a lot of trouble getting through customs and then back into the US.

Have a great trip! :-)

check out this link. http://montreal.airporthotelguide.com/ (I%26#39;m sure you%26#39;re flying out of Dorval (Trudeau) airport and not Mirabel)

If you%26#39;re flying to Punta Cana, you will probably be leaving early morning and may want to stay near the airport the night before. Most hotels near the airport offer discount parking for the week and also complimentary bus shuttle service to the airport. You won%26#39;t have any problems with language...everyone speaks English, and if you happen across someone who doesn%26#39;t, skip over to the next person. Enjoy Punta Cana.
