We are a family of 5 from Massachusetts planning a week or more vacation. We always go to Cape Cod. We are considering renting a cottage on a lake or pond. We%26#39;d like to be able to walk. We have a dog we would like to bring with us if possible. We love the ocean, so something close by would be great. What areas are nice in New Hampshire?

There%26#39;s a cottage that sleeps 6 at Bow Lake in Strafford renting for 950 a week??? If you ever want to stay at a really cute place, I%26#39;m telling you, this is it, it%26#39;s quite nice online any way! BUT the only thing is, it sounds as if it%26#39;s on an island and you%26#39;d have to get over to it by boat??? I%26#39;m sure they must provide it, wouldn%26#39;t you think, they%26#39;d have to?! Keep checking back here from time to time, there could be other suggestions and ideas as well. One thing about Bow Lake, it%26#39;s not a bad drive to get to the area! You wouldn%26#39;t be all day long trying to get here, so that%26#39;s one of the pluses, also you wouldn%26#39;t be where every one else IS during the height of the summer!

Chalk this idea up! I just read their ad again and it says...';No pets allowed'; that%26#39;s too bad. Well call them to see what they say any way or check that site out for other options for Bow Lake....www.cyberrental.com may be other people will have some suggestions for you, so keep checking back!

This place looks great. You%26#39;d have to check it out more yourself to see what you think about it.

They have cottages here as well, it%26#39;s right on Squam Lake, which is REALLY pretty no matter what time of year you%26#39;re visiting. I would think the summer months are quite full and busy. You%26#39;d have to call or email as soon as you decide for reservations.

I am going to the Bow Lake Inn. Does anyone have any comments on it? I have never been to New Hampshire. I am going to a family reunion in Strafford. Is it on an island? I have no clue. Thanks.
