A lot of the agencies really want you to go in person to talk to their agents about your plans and to view the house or cottage for yourself. Usually they need the following information from you first, and keep in mind that rentals at the beach, especially during the high season change from day to day, which means a lot of rentals can%26#39;t be shown online because of this. In other words...they rent quick is what they%26#39;re telling you, here%26#39;s what you need to provide:

Dates of vacation, first %26amp; second choices

Number of persons vacationing with you %26amp; their relationship to you (include number of adults %26amp; children and ages of children).

They also need to know the total number of persons occupying the rental at any time, including day visitors, in order to find the appropriate size rental.

The number of cars (many units have only 1 car parking)

Indicate the area of the beach you prefer, if any

Indicate any amenities that are a necessity as well as those you would like but could get along without.

If you want a rental with a jacuzzi at the beach, then put it on your list and go from there with the agent and there all basically pretty good and will help you get what you want and if they don%26#39;t? Go to the next one and keep going until you get the right place you want. Be just as fussy with what YOU want as well!
