Are time shares still popular? I am looking to sell one in Conway, NH. Does anyone have experince with this type of thing??

The timeshare is Wildcat Townhouse Resort. It%26#39;s in Conway, NH for week 40 (the second week in October)..it%26#39;s very nice. Hot tub/whirlpool...sleeps up to 8 people. Two beds, two baths. Loft style.

I know you can get a timeshare in Cathedral Ledge Resort in North Conway, it is a very nice place i have been going there for 14 years now. it has a pool, fitness area, tennis, jacoozi, arcade room, and the place you stay in itself is nice there is three floors, i think from what i can remember. There is one master bedroom with its own bathroom and jacoozi/bathtub in it. The place holds eight people. And the surronding area is beautiful, ride or walk down the street and you can see Cathedral Ledge it is nice. and just a ways down is Settlers Green, a bunch of outlet stores, very nice, it is outdoor walking. Then in downtown there is a bunch of little shops and things. I hope i helped you.
